Payment method

NHG MOs and Registrars can use their Personal Training Account for this course. Please make cheque in favour of "National Health Group Pte Ltd" and on the reverse side, please state: "IMET - Basic Laparoscopic Course". NHG MOs and Registrars may apply for IMET funding if they have expended their Personal Training Fund. Application forms are obtainable from IMET Secretariat.

Cancellation Clause

Any cancellation or replacement must be conveyed to the Organiser in writing. A cancellation charge of 50% of fee will be levied if the cancellation is received before 01 April 2010. There will be no refund of fee if the cancellation is made after 15 April 2010.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the workshop and fully refund the participants should unforeseen circumstances necessitate it.
